Bridgerton Season 4 Trailer: Benedict Takes Center Stage in Shondaland’s Masquerade Romance

According to Cinemadrame News Agency, The official trailer for the first part of Bridgerton Season 4 has officially arrived, signaling a shift in focus to the Ton’s most elusive bachelor. This latest installment of Netflix and Shondaland’s hit adaptation of Julia Quinn’s novels centers on the second eldest son, Benedict Bridgerton, portrayed by Luke Thompson.

While Benedict has long shared a skepticism toward settling down—unlike many of his siblings—his hesitation reaches a turning point at his mother’s masquerade ball. There, a captivating “Lady in Silver” sets his heart in motion, kicking off the events of Quinn’s fan-favorite romance, An Offer From a Gentleman.

The trailer opens with a tense audience between Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Queen Charlotte (Golda Rosheuvel). As the Queen advises Penelope to “choose the right path,” Lady Danbury (Adjoa Andoh) watches on with visible anxiety.

Narrated by the iconic voice of Lady Whistledown (Julie Andrews), the teaser suggests that Benedict must finally “bow to the mothers of the Ton.” Despite Lady Violet Bridgerton’s (Ruth Gemmell) insistence on marriage, Benedict remains steadfast, claiming he has yet to find “the one.”

The footage also offers a first look at the much-anticipated Yerin Ha as Sophie Baek. Her intense confrontation with Rosamund Li (Michelle Mao) is showcased before she heads into the social whirl alongside her sister Posy (Isabella Wei) and their mother, Araminta, played by Katie Leung.

The ensemble cast makes a strong showing in the teaser, featuring Hannah Dodd (Francesca Bridgerton), Victor Alli (John Stirling), Daniel Francis (Marcus Anderson), Martins Imhangbe (Will Mondrich), Emma Naomi (Alice Mondrich), and Luke Newton (Colin Bridgerton). While Jonathan Bailey’s Viscount Anthony is notably absent from the footage, he is widely expected to return this season.

Rounding out the cast for Season 4 are Lorraine Ashbourne (Mrs. Varley), Masali Baduza (Michaela Stirling), Florence Hunt (Hyacinth Bridgerton), Will Tilston (Gregory Bridgerton), Bessie Carter (Prudence Featherington), Polly Walker (Portia Featherington), and Hugh Sachs (Brimsley).

Bridgerton Season 4 will be released in two parts: Part 1 (Episodes 1-4) premieres on January 29, 2026, followed by Part 2 on February 26, 2026, exclusively on Netflix.
